Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Video Surveillance

Purpose

To ensure the safety of people, property, and facilities through a video surveillance system.

Legal basis

The controller’s legitimate interest in preserving the security of the facilities, in accordance with Article 6.1.f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018.

Recipients

The images may only be disclosed to Law Enforcement Agencies, Courts and Tribunals, or Public Administrations where there is a legal obligation to do so.

Retention period

The images will be kept for a maximum period of 30 days, unless they need to be retained to prove the commission of acts against the integrity of persons, property, or facilities, or where there is a judicial or police request.
